All transportation, vessel accommodations, shore excursions, and amenities are owned and operated by independent third-party carriers (including Baleària Caribbean and Margaritaville at Sea).
3. Carrier Contract of Carriage & Passenger Responsibilities
When booking tickets through our reservation desk or affiliate links, your transportation is governed strictly by the respective carrier’s Contract of Carriage. You are personally responsible for possessing valid travel documentation (including unexpired passports, visas, or certified birth certificates as required by U.S. and Bahamian law) and for arriving at designated departure terminals prior to official door closures.
